Monica E. Jordan, Esq. is an associate attorney at Wites & Kapetan, P.A., who prides herself on effective representation and personalized service.
Monica focuses her practice on Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Claims, Property Insurance Claims, and Consumer Protection Cases. These practices areas include claims such as motor vehicle and truck crashes, slip and fall cases, bicycle and pedestrian crashes, claims by homeowners and commercial property owners against the property insurance companies, and the representation of consumers in cases involving violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Monica earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. Upon graduation, she moved to Washington D.C., and began her career in politics. Monica later went on to graduate from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center where she served as Executive Board Member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
Originally from Lima, Peru, Monica is fluent in Spanish and English, and is also proficient in French, which helps to enrich her already diverse perspective.
